Data Export Schedule

What you receive

You receive the entire BaseloadOS research database available at the time of delivery, in its then-current state. This is not a selected sample or a subset chosen for this offer. Its future contents are not fixed at purchase: no particular size, source list, number of records, historical coverage or completeness is promised.

The export excludes user and customer data, login and authentication records, payment information, credentials, operational secrets and other data outside the BaseloadOS research database. Material that cannot lawfully be redistributed is excluded; applicable source restrictions will be identified in the delivery documentation. We cannot grant rights prohibited by a source license.

Format and documentation

The research data will be supplied as machine-readable files in a downloadable archive, with a manifest identifying its contents and snapshot date, source attribution and license notices, field and unit documentation, coverage information and file checksums. Database credentials, production system access and the software running BaseloadOS are not part of the export.

Delivery and remedies

Delivery uses a functioning secure download link sent to your verified account email. The Purchase Terms govern the one-year deadline, 30-day download window, replacement links, defective archives and refunds. The manifest records what was actually delivered; it does not retroactively change the scope you accepted. No ongoing updates or dashboard are included. Export delivery does not start the introductory MCP rate period.
