Included initial capabilities

Authenticated MCP access lets you search and filter the available BaseloadOS research data and retrieve facility and generator records with source references. Results include available source identifiers, units and observation periods where applicable. Usage follows the accepted MCP Metering Schedule and Billing and Credits policy.

The service covers available U.S. power-generation research data. Available fields and filters are exposed through the MCP tools. Data availability varies by source and reporting period; no fixed number of records, complete facility coverage or real-time updates are promised. The service must provide working access to the research data, not merely a placeholder or sample-only demonstration.

Not included in the initial promise

Custom calculations and comparisons are not included in the initial MCP capabilities. Terminal, the separate API product, uploads and shared workspaces are not included in this purchase. Future features are not a condition of delivery unless separately agreed.

Activation

The Purchase Terms determine account-specific activation, the introductory rate period and delivery remedies. The initial capabilities must work for your account at the purchased rates, with the agreed usage meter, balance and spending controls, and access instructions must be sent to your verified account email.
